These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.trutechnicans.com and the services offered by Tru Mobile Tech LLC ("Tru Mobile Tech," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, or by submitting a request for services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or engage our services.

2. Services Description

Tru Mobile Tech provides fleet technology installation, integration, servicing, and de-installation across the United States. Specific scopes of work are governed by a written quote, work order, or master services agreement, which together with these Terms constitute the full agreement between the parties.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing assumes standard install conditions; non-standard conditions (additional vehicles, expedited timelines, after-hours work, difficult mounting locations) may incur additional charges, communicated and approved in advance where possible.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are issued upon completion and are payable Net 14 from invoice date via ACH or check. Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less. Disputed charges must be raised in writing within 14 days of invoice receipt.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules must be communicated at least 48 hours before a scheduled install window. Same-day cancellations or no-shows at the install location may incur a trip-fee charge to cover dispatched technician time.

6. Warranty & Limitations

We warrant our installation labor against defects in workmanship for 90 days from install completion. Hardware warranties are provided by the manufacturer of the installed equipment and pass through to the customer. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by Tru Mobile Tech LLC or used under license, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute website content without our express written permission.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tru Mobile Tech LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or engagement of services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
